The Worn Faithful Sole

Hello all I'm Lindsay Lou, I am 42 years young and this is my blog about personal experience and how I move through the trials in my life. I have spent my life walking, running, and riding around in a number of different shoes(similar to the different hats we wear).  Just today I wore 4 different pairs of shoes, and right now I'm bare foot.  15 years ago I went sheet shopping and I came home with 4 pair of shoes and no sheets, I realized right then I had a problem, I love shoes.  This blog highlights how my faith propels me to persevere all things that come my way. I honestly believe that there is a purpose for everything that we go through, things happen for us not to us. My favorite bible verse is a reflection of what I believe purpose that to be 2 Corinthians 1:3-7  I write to help myself process the pain and struggles that I go through because it gives me the ability to release, reflect, and move through them. 

I have chosen to turn my pain into a purpose, 4 years ago in 2018 I said something out loud that changed everything for me, I said "I don't feel like I can share my story until my parents are dead" as soon as I said it I truly had to examine "why".  After 4 miscarriages in a row I realized that no matter how healed I thought I was my past was still holding me back.  This realization set me on a whole new journey to heal from the inside out and to find my true soul purpose on this earth.  Here we are in 2022 and I have restarted this page with the same intention, to share my journey and in turn hoping to help others.  I offer one on one Energetic Trauma Healing Sessions; I specialize in healing your inner child from childhood trauma, healing from relationship trauma and finding the love within you, and pregnancy loss how to heal, get pregnant, and stay pregnant.
